3 introduces traffic measures on Mobile broadband

According to The Register 3 have introduced traffic shaping from today. 3, who according to Ofcom back in July of this year, have the biggest 3G mobile broadband network have decided to apply the measures to improve customer experience. Apparently this is the first network to do this with reports that mobile broadband with O2, Vodafone, Orange or T-Mobile has no traffic shaping.
