BE Broadband, the provider of 24 meg broadband, has created a twitter profile to inform its members of any network outages, planned or unplanned. The profile will be updated daily regarding upcoming planned network outages at their exchange, so that they won't be surprised at any changes to their service. You can find it at http://twitter.com/BEStatus
